About The Role
Cater Care is seeking a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join our team at an aged care site in Toowoomba.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support meal preparation and service, helping deliver a positive dining experience for residents. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible casual work in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation including salads, sandwiches and texture-modified meals
- Serve meals and snacks to residents with a customer-focused approach
- Re-stock food and supplies as required
- Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas
- Support table setup, plating and general kitchen duties
About You
- Experience in kitchen work, food preparation or customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Aged care experience (desirable, not essential)
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
