About The Role
Cater Care is seeking an experienced Catering Assistant / Supervisor (All Rounder) to join our team at a busy university residential dining hall in North Adelaide.
Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will support both kitchen operations and front of house service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for students, staff and guests in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver front of house service in a supervisory role when required, including waited meal service
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Plate and serve meals to a diverse customer base
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Support functions and conference catering
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards

Experience in kitchen operations and service in a high-volume environment
Front of House supervisory experience essential
Strong organisational skills in fast-paced team settings
Reliable with flexible availability across various shifts
Professional and motivated approach
Sound knowledge of food safety and OH&S practices
Ability to perform under pressure during peak service periods
