Lead the breakfast service ensuring high quality fresh meals are ready for the school community
Manage the morning kitchen setup and production with total efficiency and speed
Maintain elite food safety and hygiene standards during the busy breakfast window

Assist with morning prep and stock rotation to set the kitchen up for success
About You
A trade qualified Chef who loves the energy of breakfast service and early starts
Fully compliant with all necessary checks including an FSS certificate and WWCC
A reliable self starter who never misses an alarm and takes pride in being punctual
Someone who can handle high volume breakfast orders while maintaining calm and quality
