We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join our friendly team in Glen Waverley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food service and customer care.
You’ll support day-to-day catering operations, assist with food preparation and presentation, and help ensure our kitchen and service areas run smoothly during busy periods.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Assist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service
Restock supplies before, during, and after service periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
Set tables and assist with plating and meal distribution
About You
Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Experience in contract catering or aged care (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Professional presentation and positive work ethic
