About You
Hold a valid RSA and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate to lead the kitchen with confidence.
Maintain your own reliable transport and a current driver’s licence for easy airport access.
You are an early riser comfortable with 4:20 AM starts and regular weekend rostered shifts.
Proven experience in bulk cooking and prep work within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
A self-motivated professional who takes pride in working autonomously to get the job done.
