What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of the front-of-house environment to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Greet and assist campus guests with a high level of professionalism and care
  • Perform essential kitchen work and dishwashing to support the overall efficiency of the site
  • Organise daily service schedules and monitor inventory to eliminate wastage and delay
  • Uphold strict service standards independently while maintaining communication with the regional manager

About You

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of elevating the customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the self-motivation required to run a site independently
  • Capability to manage physical operational demands including dishwashing and kitchen maintenance
  • Possession of a current RSA, Driver's License, and a valid Working With Children Check
  • Compliance with healthcare requirements including a current annual Flu Vaccination
