This newly created position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing high-end events and functions to life. From formal dinners and special occasions to community and boarding events, you'll help deliver experiences that leave a lasting impression.

About The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a variety of functions and events across the site. Working closely with operational teams, you'll ensure every event is executed to an exceptional standard while providing outstanding customer service.

This casual position offers approximately 15-20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across the week based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of functions and events to a high standard
  • Act as a key point of contact for event stakeholders and clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after events
  • Support event setup, service delivery, and pack-down activities
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the wider team
  • Ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards
  • Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through professional and attentive service

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, functions, catering, or food service environments
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, energetic, and professional approach
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts based on operational requirements
  • Current RSA certification
