Salary: $74,000 + Super

Roster
School Term Schedule
Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Sunday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Sunday hours are accrued as time in lieu, contributing to extended paid leave during school holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities
Organise and prepare breakfast, morning tea, and lunch services for students
Lead and support kitchen hands and catering assistants in daily operations
Assist with menu planning for student meals, functions, and conferences
Support bulk cooking operations while maintaining high food quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar chef role, ideally within bulk catering, functions, or conference catering
Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead and support a small team
Commitment to maintaining high food quality, safety, and hygiene standards
Australian permanent residency or a valid long-term work visa
