Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality meals for residents
Support bulk cooking and food production requirements
Prepare texture-modified meals in line with individual dietary needs
Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures
Deliver exceptional service to residents and stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar Chef role
Aged care catering experience highly desirable
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
Commitment to quality, food safety and customer service
