As Operations Manager, you'll oversee catering operations across multiple aged care facilities throughout the Hunter and Mid North Coast region, supporting site leaders, building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do
Lead catering and hospitality operations across six aged care facilities throughout the Hunter and Mid North Coast region
Build strong relationships with clients and operational stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes
Drive operational performance, service excellence, and client satisfaction across all sites
Drive financial performance through effective labour management, cost control and resource planning
Coach, mentor, and develop site leaders and frontline teams to achieve operational success
Ensure compliance with food safety, accreditation, quality and aged care standards
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across service delivery, resident experience and operational performance
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Experience leading food service, hospitality, catering or operational teams within aged care, healthcare, hospitality or contract catering environments
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and support high-performing teams
Commercial acumen including budgeting, labour management and cost control
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
