Location: Ballina, NSW Position: Part-Time | 20+ hours per week
At Cater Care, we believe a great meal can make someone's day. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team at an aged care residence in Ballina, helping deliver fresh meals and a positive dining experience for our residents.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist with preparing meals, salads, sandwiches and texture-modified foods
Serve meals and snacks with friendly, resident-focused customer service
Support kitchen operations through dishwashing, cleaning and maintaining a safe workspace
Replenish stock and assist with meal service and dining room set-up
Work closely with the Chef and wider team to deliver quality service
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Has experience in hospitality, food preparation or customer service
Enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment
Understands food safety and hygiene practices
Takes pride in delivering quality service
Has aged care experience (preferred)
What You'll Need
To meet aged care requirements, successful applicants will be required to:
Hold a current annual flu vaccination
Complete a National Criminal History Check
