What You'll Do
Deliver seamless onboarding and employment documentation that creates exceptional first impressions
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes while maintaining accurate HR records and systems
Support compliance through work rights, visa sponsorships and employment checks
Partner with leaders and employees to provide responsive, people-focused HR support
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Experience in People Services, HR Administration or HR Coordination within a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
Confidence using HRIS platforms and managing confidential employee information
Passion for creating positive employee experiences while continuously improving processes
