Cater Care Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Mine Site Administration to join our team at Tritton, located in Nyngan. This full-time position within the CCS Operations department offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for maintaining high standards of client / site service in a mine site environment. As a Mine Site Administration, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for site related administration paper work, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames
Manning the front reception area for visitors arrival
Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
Incoming and Outgoing mail
General Office Duties
Assist the broader team as required
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning roles will be highly regarded. Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:
1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role
1 - 2 yrs exp Guest Reservations Administrator, Guest Services Administration or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration)
High attention to detail
Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
All front office reception duties – meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Drivers License (Auto or Man)
