About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Village team in Lake Vermont. This is a DIDO position on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, ideal for someone who thrives in the mining/hospitality and has a solid administrative background. Mackay Locals Only.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the Village Management team
Utilise RMS accommodation software to manage bookings and site logistics
Maintain accurate records and data entry across various internal systems
Support rostering, timesheets, and reporting functions
Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth operations
Setting up and clearing dining rooms
Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas
Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Drivers License (Auto or Man)
Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
