About the Role

Cater Care is seeking an energetic and commercially minded Village Manager to lead our remote mining village in South Australia on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Adelaide.
What This Role Involves:
Oversee daily village operations across catering, housekeeping, and contracted site services.
Manage full site P&L with a sharp, strategic focus on labour overheads and food costs.
Oversee accommodation reservation platforms seamlessly (VAMS, SAMS, or RMS).
Lead, coach, and foster a strong safety culture among site staff.
Act as the primary on-site contact to build and maintain top-tier client relationships.

Desired Skills and Experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven management experience in remote site operations, large-scale hospitality, or hotel management.
Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing site P&Ls, food costs, and rostered labour.
Proficiency in accommodation reservation software (VAMS, SAMS, RMS, or similar).
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (highly desirable).
Current Manual Driver's License (preferred) and Forklift ticket (desirable).
Resilience, physical fitness, and adaptability to remote site environments.
