Due to an internal promotion, amid an exciting growth phase, we have an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services Team in Brisbane on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced dealing with multiple priorities ensuring all stakeholder needs are met through attending to HR service solutions in the areas of employment contracts, onboarding and employment queries.  You will be an excellent communicator both verbal and written placing high priority in partnering with your client groups to ensure seamless support. 

 What this role involves:

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and applicable industrial instruments
  • Provide advice and help desk support to business stakeholders and employees with onboarding and general employment queries
  • Assist with administration of the Human Resources Information System (ELMO) and be a “champion” for the business on some modules of the system
  • Compliance oversight ensuring HR documentation aligns with regulatory requirements such as Right to Work Checks and VEVO checks
  • Support data/reporting requests for your client groups
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

What we desire from you:

  • An experienced HR generalist, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience, who can demonstrate ability in a customer focussed role in a fast paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications or related certificate in Human Resources or Business or Psychology
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables by being well organised and methodical
  • Attention to detail, meticulous approach is crucial from maintaining data accuracy and managing various systems
  • A problem solver who has a continuous improvement mindset to ensure optimal service delivery to all stakeholders
  • Motivated and forward thinking to develop a long term career in Human Resources
